Educated as architects, the two brothers conceptualize and translate all designs. A collective philosophy of improving daily human function is expressed in a visual language of simplicity and intrigue. Furthermore, the designs are enriched with regional references, culture and history that is evident in the direct use of materials and form articulation.

 

BEC Furniture was founded almost 4 decades ago and soon after, became the leading manufacturer of furniture for schools, colleges and other institutions throughout India. With the family business extending to the descendants, new collections of home and office furniture have been introduced. In an effort to localize operations, all products are crafted by Indian artisans.
